Step 1

Insert the pole into the water base.

Step 2

Insert the 4 arms into the center pole.

Step 3

Press the silver clip down to adjust the height.

Step 4

Attach the grommets on the banner to the hooks.

Step 5

The hooks will hold two banners together.

Step 6

Be sure to fill the base with either water or sand for added weight.
