Kit includes a 3-piece banner pole, hard surface base, ground screw, water bag, and carrying bag.



Use the ground screw in grass, dirt, sand, or snow. Flip out the handles and point the screw straight down at the ground.
Gripping the handles, carefully screw into the ground. Unscrew the red cap halfway and flip the handles up.
Insert the pole into the top of the screw and then tighten the red cap. Make sure the pole does not have
the end cap on at the bottom. This piece can be see below left.



Set up the hard surface base and insert the pole's end cap as shown above. Fill the water bag
with water or sand and place over the top of the base. Insert the pole into the end cap, inside of the base.
