Setup Instructions for the
BSSCROLL Scrolling Banner Stand
**PLEASE NOTE: INSTALL BANNER FROM TOP TO BOTTOM
TO AVOID
STRETCHING YOUR BANNER**
Unfold the two telescoping
poles and insert them into the holes in the base.
Attach the top banner rail to the tops of the poles. There are screws
on the poles that the
banner rail hooks onto. See picture above.
Insert the first rotating bar through the loop in the banner. Raise
the banner to connect
it into the top rail as shown above. Next, take the second rotating
bar and insert it into the
loop of the banner at the bottom.
Place the rotating
bar with the banner around it inside of the base. This bar does not
connect to anything and simply hangs inside of the base. Place the base
cover
through the banner and connect it to the base. Use the switch to turn
on the scrolling banner
or to change the direction that your banner is rotating in. Click twice
to change banner directions.
