Step 1

Insert the pole into the water base.

Step 2

To adjust the height of the pole, simply lock/unlock the connector.

Step 3

To adjust the width of the banner, unlock the clip.

Step 4

Then pull the bar to fit the banner size.

Step 5

Attach the grommets on the banner to the hook.

Step 6

Be sure to fill the base with either water or sand for added weight.
