These banner flags display eye-catching graphics in the flowing breeze! The banner flags stand over 17ft and are engineered to go with our Giant Pole Display. In call to give you elite value for your currency we researched multiple improvement flag choices tested. Still these are not the cheapest banner flags you may browse for, with proper care and use they will last for yrs. without fraying and with little or no fading. For these banner flags we chose a high grade white knitted polyester material. This is a very long-lasting fabric that is very difficult to rip or tear, yet is uncomplicated to work with. The substrate also allows for a very product "through print." This is important because the most common (and discount) technique for creating banner flags is to print just one side. The flag's front has a right reading (positive) portrait that bleeds through to the reverse side, creating a reversed portrait . Depending on processing and substrate used to fabricate banner flags, the through print can be very bright, almost 100% of the front portrait or it can be non existent. A one or two-color flag electronically imprinted with direct digital or silkscreen can provide for a through print that is almost indistinguishable from the front portrait . This is especially true of dark solid blocks of color.

Double sided banner flags are added by two imprints and sewing them together. This makes a banner flag that has a right reading portrait on both sides and is more opaque, though not 100% opaque. This is favorable for advertisements with complicated logos or text. We sense that 90% of the merchandising done from these event flags works equally as well single sided as it does double sided.

Print Methods:

Silk Screening

Because of initial setup rates, silk screening is favorable for larger quantities of the same flag. One, two and three color pricing begins at 10 items. Silk screening makes a very product through print multiple times it is indistinguishable from the front. With one, two or three color imprints, pantone tones can be matched exactly, this is favorable when organization tones are critical. Four-color process silk screening is very product at creating fullcolor images that come close to the quality of digital electronically imprinted flags. This is a very economic choice for substantialfullcolor runs. The limitation of silk screening includes these minimum quantity requirements. With one, two and three color imprints, the number of tones that can be used are inadequate. Fullcolor silk screening does provide for a few extra limitations. Distinct pantone matches are not up-and-following and the through print is slightly lighter than with one to three color imprints.

Direct Digital Printing Digital prints are favorable for small quantities. A substantialformat printer is used to print images directly onto the knitted polyester. The resulting through prints are usually not as bright as with silk screening. Digital printing makes through prints that are 70-95% as bright as the front banner portrait . The brightness of the rear can vary greatly even with in the same flag. Darker tones usually assemble a very product through print. One or two color shapes that mimic silk screen imprint shapes can also achieve a very product through print. All of our small quantity banner flags are electronically imprinted digitally.
