Silk Screening

Because of initial setup rates, silk screening pricing begins at 10 pieces. Silk screening makes a very product "through print", which means that you cansee a reversed portrait on the back of you flag that is almost as bright as the front. With one, two or three-color imprints, Pantone tones can be matched exactly; this is favorable when organization tones are critical. Four color or CMYK process silk screening is very product at creating full color images that come close to the quality of digital electronically imprinted flags. The largest limitation of the silk screening process is the minimum quantity requirements. Full color silk screening also has a few extra limitations. Distinct Pantone matches are not up-and-following and the through print is slightly lighter than with one to three color imprints.

Direct Digital Printing Digital prints are your only choice for quantities beneath 10. A substantialformat printer is used to print the portrait directly onto the knitted polyester, creating through prints that are 70-95% as bright as the front. The brightness of the through can vary greatly even with-in the same flag; darker tones usually assemble a very product through print. One or two color shapes that mimic silk screen imprint shapes can also achieve a very product through print. Digitally electronically imprinted flags are usually more expensive than silk screened flags, yet are your elite choice for complex shapes.
